D**n Flat Tire

So im going down the road and my low tire air tire warning goes off. I pull over change the flat and go to the tire shop. He gets my tire out of the back of the truck and rolls it in the shop. He calls for me to come out there and says i think your sensor in you tire is broke. He said he hears something rolling around in the tire. So i said lets check it out. So this is what he pulled out of my tire. It looks like the end of a lawnmower blad. Maybe a edger or something. They said they have never seen anything like this coming out a tire.

WOW! That is crazy! Did you see him take the tire off the rim and see that fall out for yourself? Not saying that it isn't true but how the he** did that get in there?

I work at Sears Auto on the side and we've pulled a 7/8 wrench, screw driver, the only ingnition key to the car and last saturday we pull out wat looked like 7.62mm bullet that had shot off in the tire bounced off the rim and the lead was about to come back out of the tire.

Yes i was in the waiting room which is connected to the shop floor watching him disassemble the tire from the rim. It was crazy. after he pulled it apart and found the piece of metal we had like show and tell thru-out the shop.

Thats usually what happens, its even better when you show the item to the owner and see the look on their face.

Sucks that you had to get a new tire. But at least its fixed.

Holy moly. Thats crazy. Was there a hole on your tire anywhere?

yeah thru the tread. You could see a cut. It was about 2 and a half inches long. the only thing i could think of is my front tire hit it. Popped it up and when my back tire hit it it was standing up and caught it just right. Crazy stuff right there

Ouch, that's a big chunk of metal. Glad it didn't cause an accident when it blew.
