Don't really know about H&S product but supposedly the Spartan tuner can't be.

No it cant, as long as your truck goes through a cycle before going to the dealership they cant detect it.. so make sure you pull the tune and turn it back to stock and drive it a couple days before taking it in.

I've heard H&S is unproven on this, and that SCT is the only one for sure that can't be detected. Again just what I've been told in much research.
