Mine did this. They replaced my mass air sensor under warranty and said that it was dirty causing the extra regens...
I haven't really driven it enough to know if that helped... mac 'its the winter it sits alot' gyvr |

mine has about the same mileage cycle, always. It did do the drive to clean exhaust 1x. I thought it was because I kept going into regen and it didn't finish because of my driving habits for a couple days. Then, that came on finally so i did. I obeyed the damn dash.

if you park outside up here in mn. it makes your regens much more frequent. cold starts want to blow alot of smoke. i recently finished my garage and keep it at 52f and my regens went back to about 1 a tank instead of 2 a tank when parking outside. thats how i see it atleast

When winter hit, I couldn't drive enough to turn my regen off. Roads were too icy and too cold outside. I finally had enough and got me a mini maxx.

The way to clean your maf sensor is to get some crc electric contact cleaner a spray it on it works good.
