Hesitation

I am new to PSD so I have a question regarding hesitation from stop. Seems like at an intersection if i do a "jack rabbit" start, my 2008 250 PSD will hesitate off the line then kind of just grab and runs great. Is this normal? My truck falls within the time period for the injector polarity issue, but my dealer checked oasis and says my truck is not one of the recalls. I only have 700 miles on this so maybe this is it. Just wanted to check how others are.

I thought the 2 turbos on this truck were supposed to eliminate this?

It eliminates most of the lag but from a dead stop your turbos are not building any boost so until you build some boost you have very little power. No turbo powered vehicle is going to have power from a dead stop unless they are building boost of the line.

go for a ride in a 6.0. You'll be very pleased with your 6.4 after you have.
