Can't say much for the FS but in regards to the AMSOIL Bypass they are a great product. They meter 10& of your oil through the bypass filter while the engine is running. The filters have a nominal filtering capability of 98.7% down to 2 microns and they remove up to 40% of the soot from your oil. Filters are good for up to 2x your full flow filter.

With the large quantity of oil in the powerstrokes, you are completely filtering your oil through the bypass about every 30 minutes of operation.

If I can get you some more information or a quote, please PM me or call 888-563-5143.

Take care,

Is it true that if your by-pass filter is hot to the touch that it is still filtering?

It is going to get hot because the oil is hot, yes it is still filtering your oil.

I would like more info and pricing. I have looked at the FS2500 and would like to compare the two.
