Blue Smoke on Cold Starts

When i start the truck when <25 F, it will puff light blue smoke until the engine gets to around 100 F. Any ideas, bad egr, oil in IC, or what. It does tend to use alittle coolant. Seems to run fine except it falls on its face sometimes when shifting 3-4, but I dont think its related.

Thanks
Levi
