Nice space for cb radio
After long decision where to mount my cb radio I decided to use my dash cup holder and mount the bracket to it. Great place to read the channel and yo reach all the buttons. Waiting on my upfitters so I can run the power to one of the switches.
I will put the mount for the antenna on the drivers side just like the factory antenna. I have a Wilson 1000 magnet mount that I used on my old Titan but want to go for more of an oem look

That looks real good. I think thats a great spot, for me I almost never use those cup holders because I use the ones in the center console. I'd like to get a CB like that and mount it there as well. Where did you mount the antena?

I have not mount the antenna yet, although I'm leaning towards the more oem look like this guy did.
Here's the link to the guys install 2004 F250 CB Antenna Install |

I liked that location when I had mine in my truck, I got tired of having it there and never using it so I took it out...I hacked up the bracket to avoid drilling into the cup holder

that looks good. i have a brand new Cobra 29 BT and I think that's exactly where i'm gonna mount mine. Can you fit your fingers in to open the cup holder at all? (maybe you've decided to not use those cup holders anymore?)

you can mount it to the front of the center console I have a galaxy 95t right there it does not interfere with the cup holders you loss of the bottom storage compartment on the console but you can retain the factory flip out cup holders

Scoot bolt, you have a picture of yours mounted like that? I think I'd rather lose access that little storage area, (which only holds stuff i forget is there anyway,) then the cup holders if possible.

went with my old antenna WILSON 1000 magnet mount. I didnt feel like doing all the work plus I get better reception with my magnet antenna. ran the coax through the 3rd brake light down the C pillar, and then all the way to the dash. Used some black rtv silicone to make sure its sealed up well against rain.
