Drain water sep

Hello, I have a 2009 F350. The drain water separator light came on, but when I went to drain it, nothing is coming out!! Any ideas on whats going on here? This truck has 10,000 miles.

Sounds like there is so much crap in there the drain is plugged. I would take another vehicle and get 2 new filters and change them now. Lets see what happens then before we get to the horror stories...

Per the owners manual it's supposed to be drained once a month I believe.

You gotta get that water out of there, it's no good.

I drain mine the first week of every month. If it's not draining at all, change the filters before you drive it. If something breaks loose and passes the filter, you're looking at a healthy bill. Ford won't honor the warranty.
