In the market for a truck 6.0 or 6.4?

So I am in the market for a used truck and my budget is around $25k when researching fords I see that I can buy a Lariat 6.0L years 05 to 07 with miles around 50k-70k or I am starting to see 08 6.4L trucks with miles in the 90k to 100k range for the same price.

Now I know 6.0's have their issues but not all of them and same goes for the 6.4L so my question is which would you guys go with?

I realize I am posting this question in the 6.4L section but I am hoping guys who have gone from a 6.0L to the 6.4L can give me their opinion on if they are glad they made the switch or if they were happier with their 6.0L trucks.

getting a 6.4L means I am getting a truck with twice the miles but maybe that is not a big deal, not sure
