best performance products for 6.4L

Im looking at buying a used 2010 F-250 soon and would like to know the best performance products to use to produce a good amount of torque over stock torque it already has?

All you really need for these trucks are an intake(S&B or aFe), tuner(H&S, Spartan, SCT) and DPF and DOC(cat like a gas truck) delete pipe. You'll get better MPG, tons more HP/TQ. Check out these sites.

i would stay away from banks...

here is a question for you... do you want to put stuff on that will remove the DPF or keep it on?

^^^ agreed banks is great on 6.0 but not so much for 6.4 motors

Banks makes good hard parts. Tuning....not so much.

I don't want to hyjack this post....However, do any of you have any experience or knowledge on the Banks Ram Air Kit & Filter? I have always ran AFE products on my other diesels, but the Banks looks good? As for tuning, I am not a Banks fan either. I have always used Smarty & Bully Dog tuners on my Dodge. The Bully Dog products kick ***.....However, I'm not sure they are the best option for the "New" Fords?

I'm not sure on the quality of the filter as I too have always had aFe products, but the design looks good.

I'm looking to keep it legal to pass pa state inspection. Just looking to have some fun with a deisel to the point of not having to upgrade everything. I plan on putting the smoke stacks out of bed and upgrading some engine parts and a tuner and i've been familiar with banks parts in past. Do the 6.4L have head gasket problems like 6.0L or did they resolve that issue?

BD sucks on PSD's i would never but any of those generic tuners on my own truck....

as far as filters go if you can find the banks intake for very cheap they are good... if not they are not worth the money.. i would just go with AFE or S&B
