Oil Change

Just did my first oil change on 2010 6.4 and no "tic tic" noises I read about! So far, other than the MPG, this truck is awesome

Rotella 15 40 diesel

Has anyone heard these noises in their 6.4 after first oil change, or at any point? If so, how long did it last?

I have a 2010 as well. Have changed the oil myself twice...no ticking.

just got back from the dealership getting my oil change(free one that came with the truck) and no tick either.

Update...did an oil change at 8000 miles....got the tick.

What is this tick that everyone is talking about. Sometimes I hear it sometimes I don't.
