help on leveling kit

i want to do a leveling kit on my rig but not sure how much of a pain it is to do. do i need to shim stuff and align it or are there kits that u can just put on? thanks guys

I think newton kits do as well. They are pretty cheap.

Icon or RCD will come with Castor shims..just swap out yours no Alinement needed just recenter the steering wheel with your drag link..5 mins. both come with longer springs and shocks.

You will have to get a adj track bar to recenter the front axle as it will shift over 1/2-3/4"

Its worth getting the adj track bar too, i had really bad death wobble and that cured it!!!

if you do the install yourself you will need TALL jack stands. i was using 12 tons from northern tool. the install is really simple as long as you have the right tools.

I installed the 2.5" Readylift SST kit. I documented it with photos, etc. Have a look here if you care to read up on it:
It comes with everything you need, even a block to lower your drive shaft...
