Fuel Filter Question

Hey guys I was just wondering what is new and updated about the FD-4616, compared to the FD-4604? Am I correct in assuming that the new "updated" filter is better than the previous filter? Is there anything you have to change/do differently to use this new "updated" filter? I'm just curious, I saw both listed when I was going to order some more from Diesel Filters Online. Thanks in advance for the insight.

Most likely what they did with the 6.4 filter, and added an O-ring to the HFCM filter to keep dirt from bypassing it.
