what the heck is it?

ok i sold the 7.3 and just bought a 08 F-350 DRW, and was wondering what is the thing on the passanger side, on the side of the dash board, the thing where you have to pop a little tab off. it has a picture of a diesel pump crossed out.. i know i suck at explaining

yeah it is the inertia switch. 7.3's have em too but they are behind the kick panel under the dash on the passenger side.
