Oil from intercooler?

I was changing the oil yesterday and looking under the truck and seen therere was oil around the lower driver side IC boot. i don't know if it was the boot or the IC seam didn't look that hard at it. i know i read seeing oil in the IC is normal but what about the leaking of it? anybody run into this it's a job 3truck is there still IC issues with them?
