I just completed a 1200 mile trip running the SCT extreme race tune with out a problem and averaged a hand calculated 20.2 mpg running about 65 mph even the computer was showing 27.4 mpg average.

you won't have a problem at all. I run the 275 tune as my DD and have driven 2500 miles cross country in 3 days on 3 different occasions and never once had one problem and have had the 275 tune as my DD since Nov of '08. Only thing I suggest is that you reload the tune once you get back home because the transmission will have relearned the hwy driving and will shift kinda funny during normal city driving if you don't thats my advice.
