More exhaust smoke than usual!

I have been noticeing a little more black smoke than usual with the 250 spartan tune. I never noticed any smoke unless i mashed the pedal a good bit. Now i notice smoke just doing a normal take off. Also notice my MPG's seemed to have dropped a bit. Last two tanks were 11.4 and 12.5 hand calculated almost all city driving. Could something be wrong or maybe just never noticed the smoke before

Most likely didn't notice the smoke before. Are you still making boost, or is it lower than normal?

yeah boost seems normal. 11.5 mpg's doesnt sound normal running the spartan programmer. I do have 35" MT's but i thought i would at least get 13 in the city.
