Thinking about selling my truck

I have some heavier duty hauling needs and thinking about selling my truck and stepping up to a F-650

I am trying to see what you guys think my truck is worth and putting some feelers out there for buyers.

2008 f-450 King Ranch with all the options roughly $65k new.
16k miles
garage kept and very clean.

This truck would cost well over 100k to reproduce and you will not find a better example as Top Gun builds the best trucks on the market period and this one was done right

Let me know what you think is realistic.

Rize 4 link 8" lift.
Rize tractions bars
All bracketry was custom made by Top Gun Customz due to the rear end on the 450 and differences.
King coil shocks all round.
Dual Bilstein stabilizer shocks with custom mounting by Top Gun
Spartan DPF delete with 75, 150, 210 and 250 tunes and Dash Daq
MBRP Cool Duals stainless exhaust
AFE intake
Triple Horn stainless train horns
viper alarm
recon smoked cab, mirror and rear tail lights.
Amp research steps.
fab fours front bumper
warn 16.5 winch.
line-x bed liner
triple a arm gauges - boost, diff and EGT
Harley headlights
American force wheels shaved down to a 22" with 37" MT tires.
Gooseneck Hitch
Transfer flow fuel tank, 50 gal with tool box, this is to refuel equipment etc not hooked up to the factory tank as an overflow but the nozzle could reach to pump the stock tank on the go if needed.

I really dont want to sell it as i LOVE EVERYTHING about this truck but I really need to tow more than this truck can handle, up to 40k and I do not want to start pushing this truck beyond its capabilities and risk breaking anything so I think the f-650 hauler will take care of that nicely.

Guys, I do not want to be rude but there are a couple of other threads with pics of this truck. I really want to keep this one on topic with opinions of value and any SERIOUS interest someone may have in purchasing it.

$50k would be a fair price I think.
