towing mileage report
I just got back from a 2200mi round trip to from here in Youngstown to Wichita Kansas and back. I took my 68' GTO to a show there in my 24' enclosed car hauler. Total trailer weight is about 10,000.
-On the way out I ran the 175 tune and got 13.5mpg -On the way back I switched to the 210 and got 12.8mpg. -Ambient temps averaged in the high 80's and low 90's. Now we really wern't trying for mileage here we just drove it. Also this is with two different drivers ( me and my friend who is a dodge fan,,,..booo) (I think he had a bit too heavy of a foot for towing) Just thought id pass the info on to yall. |

Wow sorry to hear that most others are getting worse mileage than me. I guess that I shouldnt be worried about trying to get better mileage.
