Fuel Temperature
My pump wasnt workin a few days ago and the dash daq showed 162 degrees. That was the highest ive seen. we took the hoses off and primed it, then it started workin and now my temps are down to around 86 degrees....what is normal temp for the fuel in these trucks?

My Ford dealer say's that it should be around 118 to 124. The folks at Spartan agreed. BTW, your Ford dealer has a special tool for bleeding the air out of the system. I had the same trouble till I took it in and had them bleed the system, now it works fine. Love my 08 w/6.4 and Spartan 250 tune!!!

Its not really a special tool, it's just an air-lift system. Snap on markets it as RADKITPLUS. It's a pretty slick unit, I use it all the time.
