CuDL! Can someone help me get?

Was wondering if some out there can help me to get my hands on a CuDL for my truck. Still not any help from ford (been trying for the last few months). Service manager is telling me he is locked out from any accessabilty to this report since I had a lawyer file complaint back in March. I still need to get it some how and dont want to mention my thread as it has gone as far as it could. Thanks in advance.

PS-had a guy PM a couple of weeks back and said he'd get it if I payed him.???.... not so sure but lost his email anyway.

Customer someting Listing. Don't really know but have been told I need to try and get my hands on one for a problem I've got with my 6.4. I think it is direct correspondance (actual conversation) between regional engineer and ford when dealing with major warranty problem/denials. I figured someone in the know of how/what it exactly works will hopefully chime in.
