FUSE COMPARTMENT

my buddy has a 08 superduty and we are trying to find the fuse for the cigarette lighter and it says its in the fuse compartment under the hood. but we cannot locate the fuse compartment under the hood can someone let me know

It's under the vacuum pump, behind the degas bottle.

owners manual does not say and im not familiar with the truck and i dont think he has ever opened the hood so tell me where it is location left side? right side?

Drivers side, in between the fire wall and degas bottle under vacuum pump as stated earlier.

removes air from the cooling system, basically a "reserve" tank for the coolant.
