Upper Radiator Hose

My upper radiator hose is leaking. I was woundering if anyone has changed it before and how hard is it to change?

there is nothing to it, a wire clip on both ends of and pull it off after you have drained enough antifreeze, They have an updated(white ends) one with two o rings instead of the original one with one o ring (black ends). may be able to get ford to do it I think there is a tsb on it maybe.
