Noise in Dash

We are on our way to Sacramento in our 2008 F350 6.4 L.
Whenever we go above 65 mph a gazoo type vibration noise comes from the drivers side of the dash. It seems to be speed and wind direction related, so i suspect it is in the ventalation system. either a control dampner or a leak in a joint. Has any one else seen this and what can i do to fix it. I still have a lot of time on my extended warentee but I don't know if this is covered. The Ford dealer in Redding has had my dash apart several times and I know that it seems to be a big job.
I will vastly apreciate any advice.
thank you

I've seen a few trucks have a similar issue with the horn making noise when the wind hits it just right.

Sign me up for the 65 mph gazoo club. I heard it for the first time this weekend.
Drove me nuts.

Mine did it maybe once a week for about a second or 2, now it is every time I go over 60. Here is a suggestion I received...

"Its most likely the two center a/c vents, mine used to do this too. I just removed the center bezel and there were two plastic a/c tubes I just adjusted them around by hand and reinstalled the bezel and its been quit ever since. I think it was just rubbing somewhere in there and at speed it made that noise."

Another here as well, if you find a fix please let me know. Mine happens around 65-70mph and especially worse if the wind is kicking.

Just out of curiosity, does seem to be right below the windshield and top of the dash (around the defroster)?

Seems like it comes from that area, but cant tell for sure. I can feel a slight vibration on the "O-Jesus" handle on the pillar of the driver's side.

Took most of the panels off the drivers side, but can't find exxactly where the noise is coming from. I drove for about an hour feeling everywhere I could reach, but still can't find that damn noise. It also sucks that it is not a constant noise....it comes and goes when it wants to!!
