stock 2010 F250 with AFE stage II CAI
will this get me better MPG?

Not really just a little better throttle response. You would need to tune and delete to get the best MPGs out of these trucks.

You will very likely get a check engine light with an AFE on a stock truck. S&B is the way to go for stock trucks.

I'm running a AFE and I used to get CEL but I stopped once I got my truck reflashed last year. I get around 11 mpg around town but that's partly due to the anti-gel stuff I run year round.
