what you think? for the terrrible mileage and other regen fuel in the oil bs
im down for it if we get enough ford chevy dodge owners

You know whats going to happen? You'll loose because they have a lot of power behind them but if you won then they'll set standards for manufacturs and that will drive the vehicle price up. It's just the way it is. You don't see Ferrari people filing law suits against insurance company's because the rates are to high. Gotta pay to play.

I bet many manufacturers would like to, but the cost to bring it before the Supreme Court would be prohibitively high.

definately something that i would like to see. epa is the biggest joke i have ever seen. give a bunch of idiots control over everything. good idea.

The problem with the EPA is they think they operate above every other agency and branch of the government. NOBODY has the balls to hold them accountable for anything.
