Anti Freeze???
Do these truck use regular green anti freeze? I know they don't use dex cool!Thanks for the info!

x2 on the gold. Make sure to get G-O5 compatible coolant and not just any "works with all colors coolant". I bought the zerex g-05 for mine or just get it at ford.
