Question about a leveling kit
I plan on putting a 2.5" leveling kit and replacement blocks in the rear on my 250 cc. Iam currently running the 250 spartan tune. Do i need anything extra with leveling kit because of the added hp from the spartan? I had planned on just doing the spacers, blocks, and new shocks. oh and of course new 35" tires.

Let me try this again. Do i need an adjustable track bar or dual stabilizers or could i get by with just spacers for the front and blocks for the back

Just get a kit that has spacers for the track bar, or buy an adjustable one. I went with the newton 2.5" leveling kit from ebay and it came with the spacers, I've had no issues. I went with air bags in the rear vs blocks. Some will argue the spacers, but I've had no issues. I didn't need dual stabilizers, but put them on and what a huge difference in the steering, especially with the 35's. Rock solid. You don't need anything extra with the added HP.

Don't do cheap crap ebay kits with spacers..Get a quality kit with new springs, shocks, adj track bar etc. The ride quality will be improved and you will be much happier.
Rear..I'd get Deaver mini spring packs in lieu of taler blocks. Cary |
