help ford dealer screwing around with me
just wandering if anyone can help with some info, bought a used 08 ford f350 with 50,000 km and was driving all of a sudden engine started to knock and loss power took truck to closest ford dealer and has been in the shop for a month, dealer told me that injectors failed and fried the pistons and now just waiting to get authorization from ford canada on what to do. so im at my whits end because i use my truck everyday for work, dealer told me that ford might put a whole new engine in and it could be a small block 6.4 ???? has anyone else had this problem or any advice please help . thanx

I haven't had that kind of motor trouble, but the dealer experience you are having is very common. My truck (which I need for work too) sits for weeks at the dealers - often just in the lot waiting for attention.

i dont know were your from but it shouldnt take a month and a half to get my truck back on the road
