aluminum vs steel

what is better for an auxillary fuel tank going in the bed of the truck? looking to build it myself as i cant find the correct size for my application. it will ony be used when im towing my toyhauler, so maybe 6 times a year then will sit empty

aluminum because it is lighter and less corosion
