Water Seperator Won't Drain

I went to drain my water seperator today and when i opened the yellow valve nothing came out. Has this ever happened to anyone? I have drained it a few times before with no problems but got nothing today.

Any ideas would be helpful

Did have it on an incline or level. Not sure it should matter, just an idea

Mine did that once. I opened the valve and turned the key on and let the fuel pump run. The drain started working immediately.

There are credible reports that it will not drain with 1/4 tank or less.. It only drains well when the tank is more full...

Try that on...
