Temp Gauges
Can anyone tell me if my truck is acting different than yours. This is a first for me but, in the morning when its cold my truck seems to warm up the transmission(gauge) much quicker than the engine water temp (gauge). Doesn't the water temp usually warm up quicker than the trani temp in most cars. Is this normal. Not a big deal just never seen a trani warm up before the mothor thats all. Please respond

I have an 08 (job3) and that is the way mine works, tranny first then temp. I would say no issues.

My truck does the same thing. I also thought it was strange but then remembered that the 1.5L diesel I had in Europe also took a while to warm-up.
