weird noise

when my truck is running there is this weird humming noise coming from behind the oil cooler and radiator on the drivers side

what could this be?

i looked into the vaccum pump and it says that it is located on the passenger side of the truck and this noise is coming from rite behind the oil cooler and radiator on the drivers side of the truck

the vacuum pump is on the drivers side. i'm 99% sure of this.

i found the vacuum pump but thats not what is making the noise i think it is my fan that is making the noise does anyone elses fan make this loud humming noise?

The fuel cooler pump is also on the driverside, low behind the radiator.
