You have an exhaust leak between your turbo and the downpipe. It is a very common occurance and mostly only noticeable during regen. I drove my truck like that last year and was told by one dealership its normal. I have since switched dealerships. There is a TSB out for this which describes fumes in the cab and smoke from the wheel wells and the vents infront of the window. The leak is at the turbo/downpipe right below the fresh air intake. Its was a big problem for many of the Job 1's.
Its a warranty issue and takes a day to get it fixed...Cab has to come off. I just had mine done last week.
