Another 6.4 Test drive-250 KR-interesting

Went by the dealer yesterday just to check out the new 08's, and the guy was nice enough to let me take a 250 CC/SB KR out for a spin even though I told him I wasnt going to buy one (slow day on the lot). We talked for a while about it and I heard some interesting things:
1. All new trucks come with a DVD the owner MUST watch and sign off on. This paper is then sent to Ford as a reference apparently. It details all the monthly maintenance needed to keep this rig going, such as draining this-and-that, etc etc. Takes a lot more work than any of the other motors. Cant wait for all the people who forget
2. Any kind of aftermarket exhaust WILL void your warranty. Stock exhaust has something like 12 sensors in it that are needed for the new more strict emissions tests.
Other than that it was super nice. Looks like a Range Rover on the inside, and drives like a champ. Didnt run her too hard since I wasn't going to buy one, but overall performance seems equal to the 6.0.

Couple of things I don't like:
1.Headlights at the bottom of the light stack. Reminds me of avalanches and colorado/canyons.
2. Fog lights almost directly underneath headlights.
3. More required maintenance on the diesel
4. Top 1/4 of mirror is painted on KR, instead of the whole thing on the previous models. Petty I know but it still bugs me
5. Absolutely no way the cab WON'T have to come off for any work. Soon youll have to take if off to change your oil Speaking of, this engine requires some special type of oil that I didnt catch the name of
6. Dam contract dispute with International and the fact they are so new...that means I couldnt buy one right then!

Sorry I cant give more detailed and mechanical write-ups about the motor-I'm not the most diesel inclined person...yet

They had two of these KR's on hand there-the only 08's they can get-one was white and the other black/tan...both were 54K
