Like the title said i would like a bit more details on the regen process. Also about the noises the truck makes when it going thru the regen. How has these trucks held up overall? I know each truck is different but would like the overall response. How about average fuel economy. I have a Dodge 3/4 ton 2006 4x4 long bed Cummins. Looking to go to an 08 F-250 larait crew. Would like you experiences with your ford 6.4l Powerstoke. Thank you in advance.

On my truck I wouldnt even know it was is regen if the dash didnt tell me. Thats with the newest flash's. My truck at best on highway will average 14-15 MPG. I love the truck and in the future will be getting rid of dpf so i can fall in love all over again (kinda like gettin a boob job for the wife)

I get 10 mpg or more with my 5th wheel and 18 to 20 mpg empty on the highway.
Regen is not really noticeable. A couple of problems that were addressed on mine were defective radiator and defective charge air cooler. 55000 miles on truck. |
