steering wheel stuff??

So I just got my truck back from ford for hard cranks they did the flash update and not sure I've only cranked it once but sounded way faster and still took a little longer than it's supposed too.

Anyways I get in the truck and the steering wheel feels funny like they re coated the top of it or something?!?! It's very smooth and no texture anybody know what this is? Just oil maybe?

sounds weird... could be oil. my wheel is like that all around (and its a low mile '04) tried something that will degrease/clean it like simple green?
