Email For Subscribed threads

I'm not for sure where to put this!! Is it possible recieve an email containing a reply to threads that I'm subscribed to?

If you go to your user control panel and then select view all suscribed threads there will be a notification box on the right side of each thread. You select which ever thread and then scroll down to the bottom and there is a drop down for move to folder. Click on that and it has your notifications in it. I.E. Daily, Instant, Weekly, None. Pick what you want and click on go and you should be good to go.

Okay ya I've got it now my old email address was in there that's why I never emailed thanks alot man.
