Saw a 02 with front coil springs

Running down the interstate this morning I passed a 2002 F350 Dually that i noticed was sitting nice and level so i was paying attension to the front. I then saw that it had coil springs instead of leaf springs. It looked really good. Has anyone ever seen this or know how its done?

I thought procomp offered a coil conversion......and some people lift the 2wd trucks there is one that looks good and sits a tad higher than my 4x4..... Looks a lot like a 4x4

Yeah it was a 2002...well it could have been a 2001 but it was definatly older than mine judging by the front end and the powerstroke badge.
