How much vacuum?

Just puttering around in the driveway today.. I had noisy hubs last winter, the a/c has been stuck on for a few weeks, and now I'm in constant defrost mode.

It appears that my pump is working, but maybe a little weak. Do any of you guys know how much vacuum I'm supposed to have at the pump, or at the hubs?
