Is it worth it?

Take a look at this truck and tell me if you think It's worth 19k. The auction ended reserve not met, so I asked him what he was looking to get out of truck and he said 19k was bottom line. It carfaxed clean and says one owner, but he isn't the original owner. It sounds like he just bought the truck recently or is selling it for a friend, but the way he made it sound was that he just bought it off someone. Which makes me wonder why he's selling it right away.

theirs an 05 at the local ford stealer with 27000 miles for $32,000 if it aint a pile of vrap id say its probly worth 19k but Id never buy a rig off ebay. just my 2 cents.

That's a great looking truck, but it needs some lift and tires. I actually prefer the look of the Super Cab to the Super Crew, but I've got 2 ankle-biters so I had to have the 4 full doors. 19K is a tad high by South Texas standards, though that may not mean anything to you depending on where you live. I bought an 05 Lariat (see it in my sig) with 60K miles for 20K last year, and probably could have done better than that if I had been willing to be patient.

19K is way to high for that truck here in Ca. there is plenty of other deals out there expecially in todays economic state. I got my 03 Excursion for $12,500 with 96k mi.
Plus that truck needs tires. so you can add $700-$1200 to it depending on what tires you want

Yea the market is tough up here. (Buffalo NY) Most of these trucks in the area are way overpriced if you guys are getting similar or better trucks for the prices you're talking about.. and on top of it they're rusty from the salt they use to melt the ice here. Which is part of the reason I was looking at this truck, it was from Florida.

Amyway, thanks for the input. I'm looking for a deal and I can wait it out, so I'll keep looking.

i think it is a decent price and would look good with some lift and tires
