Selling Truck need advice

I am selling my truck, and need some advice.

I bought this truck a few months ago from a guy in Idaho. The title was held by his bank, so I flew down, checked out the truck, then payed his bank off and took the truck home. When the title got sent to me in the mail, I read it and it showed it was a Manufacture Buyback vehicle.

This was never disclosed to me and I paid 31k which is what it would be for a normal titled truck.

My question is I have put all these mods into my truck recently, and am now selling it for 35k. Will having this on the title scare people away? The truck runs fine without problems.

Im sure it will affect some buyers. You might want to have an oasis report or something that might help explain why it needed to be bought back. If you can offer explanation to a buyer it should help with any reservation/apprehension that the title creates. Dont over-look the fact that you are now selling it after only a few months too. People will want to know why and wonder if you are having issues.

Selling it because of a change in hobbies. Getting an 04 6spd M3 that will be built for dd and track, and selling my f350 tow rig and offroad vehicles.

Man, you got a sweet ride there...and unfortunately, i would be really suprised if you got that price for it simply based on what they are selling for around here. After I bought mine in 04, the diesel prices rocketed up and the value of these trucks seemed to drop by $10k overnight.
One can buy a new 07 for a little more than that.
But i may be wrong and for your sake i hope i am...good luck with the sale!

Am I missing something. I don't see anywhere in this ad you disclosing the info on the title. Granted you made a new post here about it but yet failed to mention it in your for sale ad. You may want to discolse that in the for sale ad so as not to piss off a possible buyer. Just my humble opinion.
