Are the strategy codes different on every truck?

Strategy codes are year model specific from what I gather and incorporate the updating process

I've always wondered, is there any way to pull my strategy code without having a tuner?

u need to just get ur buddys programmar and get your strategy with it

I'm not sure of that was for me or the OP, but I dont know anyone local with a SCT. Is there any other way to pull my strategy code?

Stragety codes could be different even in the same year depending on truck configuration (SRW, DRW) as well as any flashes done by the dealer.

There is a 4 digit code on the PCM itself that can be used as a reference to the stragety. If anyone has seen the Spartan files you will notice there are quite a few different stragities out there.

So we take those off the PCM and give them to who to get the strategy?
