Need help with gears

After searching most people are saying gears installed are about $1500. I know going to the dealership for parts is not smart but I figured my search would start there. Well the dealership wants $1349 just for gears, no master install or labor. So where should I look for the ring and pinion and the master install???

Go to Precission Gear for the gears. You can do the install. If you read the directions and take your time. You can get a master install kit from Precission Gear as well. It will give you the marking cream, seals, shim pack, and gaskets for the diff.

The big thing about doing gears is setting them up. You need to be paitent and take your time with that part.

what gear ratio did you want.... that price is ridiculous... i can usually get gears with master install kits for aorund 500 each axle..... all depends on what gear ratio..
