tow command

when the trailer is hooked I get a split second error that the trailer is disconnected. I get a beep and its gone. everything works like its supposed too? any idea's?

i dont know bout that but if you have any problems with it it isnt covered by the warrety and it cost 300 to replace

I pulled a buddy's car trailer and had the same thing happen. When I pulled any of the three of mine I had no problem. We found that he had some frayed wires inbetween the plug and brakes/lights.

I got this and they said if you have hydraulic brakes on your trailer it will do that..but if you have electronic brakes on it, it should work fine

This maybe something to look into; but in my case he had e-brakes and we rewired everything and no more probs..
