differences between black top and c95 white top injectors

are the black tops the only injectors really worth building or are the c95 white tops any good? I know the c94's are junk and the connectors are the wrong direction. the 95's have the revised clevis right? but did they get the DLC or is that just the black tops.

The 95's have the revised clevis and the DLC. The 94's did not have the DLC.

so what did they change with the black tops? and also what are the part numbers on the black tops.
