EGT's.. Short pipe vs, Long
We are talking about a 3.5" straight pipe.
I am running a straight short 3.5" exhaust pipe. (Hacked off at rear door w/ dump). I am fixin to tow twice as mush as usual and toying with the idea of adding a 4" pipe from the hollowed out cat back. My thought here is directing the exhaust longer will lower my egt's a little. The question--------------- Has anyone ran a short or cut off pipe then ran a full length pipe and did you see a lower egt with the longer pipe
