05 grill conversion

Has anybody convert thier grill to an 05, if so how much did it cost?

i believe there is several kits on ebay, to do this i think there around 250

but our vendors might have some too, holler at discountpowerparts.com

does it come with headlights and new front bumber?

i dont think so, just the grille

You can't just change the grill from an 05 to an 04 or older truck unless you get the cut grille.

If you change the grill you'll need a new bumper. After that you'll want the new headlights and to use them you need the new harness.

To make all of this possible you also need the plastic header piece that everything ties into.

Im sorry I meant to say I want to change my 04 grill to an 05.

i think thats what maintain meant, for yur front end to look like an 05 i think its alot of work and money

i have the 05 grill in my 03'you can kind of see it in my avatar pic.i still have oem headlights, bumper , my brotherr sent thr grill to me i know he got it off e-bay dunno hou much $ but the tabs on the grill were cut then held with zip -ties so they would snap in place looks like it involves a hack saw its a tight fit but i really like the looks of it .

I was thinking about doing the same thing, but all I could find was a grille on ebay that had the mounting tabs moved to fit earlier years, want $300 plus like $40 to ship, so Im gonna start thinking of different options for my front end!

I was going to get an '05 grille for mine until I found a bolt over Stull billet grille for $65 shipped...
