filtering oil contaminant

I do not have a bypass yet, but right now I have RP syn with stock MC filter.

Insted of changing the oil can I just change the filter?

If so, how many miles can I do this?

You should only extend drain intervals per an oil analysis done by a reputable company. Using BLACKSTONE to check the oil can allow you a honest opinion as to the state of your motor and the oil.
