Oil Cooler?

Well I had my power steering pump go out took it in to the dealer they fixed it. so the next day or so i checked all my fluids everything checked out just the coolant looked funny like it had some kinda crud in it i just added some more coolant to top it off and went on my way well a week later which was friday I had a load down to Pharr,tx from Sa,tx so I get down there drop my load off and I'm checking the fluids again it had more crud in it looked black was going to take it to the dealer when I got back home well I had been driving for almost 16 hours so stop @ a truck stop and slept left the truck on when I woke up the next morning there was about 3qts of what looked like oil on the ground under my truck I'm like wtf?? popped the hood and all I see is black stuff coming out the coolant tank so I kill the engine let it sit for a while poped the top off the coolant tank its so thick like molasses truck run's fine no loss of power going to take it in tomorrow and have them look @ it
